Constitutional aims

• To work with individuals and communities through promoting activities which build self-esteem, develop new skills, and strengthen existing skills.
• To set up projects which not only build individual capacity, but also bring people together across differences in age, race, gender, cultural and social groups.
• To improve social and racial cohesion by building positive images and new connections amongst people of different backgrounds;thereby integrating marginalised people into the wider community.
